Phat Scooter Replacement Battery
We are working hard to provide a replacement battery solution for all Phat Scooters. We appreciate your patience as we worth with our suppliers to recreate the custom battery packs used by Phat Scooters. Please note, we are not affiliated with Phat Scooters, and any modifications to your battery pack may void your warranty.
Dual Connector Battery Pack
If your current battery case has two connectors that look like this photo and your battery case is still in good condition, we will soon be able to provide you with a replacement battery pack that will fit inside. This option will be self-service: we will send you the internal batteries, and you will need to safely remove the old pack from the battery case and place in the new ones. You will be handling high voltage batteries and will be making the replacement at your own risk. We do not provide technical support or guidance on the battery replacement.

We need more information from you as we work to build a replacement battery. If you have pictures, measurements, and other relevant data that you would be willing to share with us, please contact us!
Are you an e-bike shop or similar?
If you have the ability to safely handle lithium batteries, we are looking for partners to handle the battery replacement for customers. We can provide the battery packs at any quantity, in bulk or on demand. (If you know of an e-bike shop that might be interested, please send them a link to us!)
Additionally, we are looking for partners who can provide battery swaps to customers who mail in their old battery case.
